Goals

Increase employee awareness about the RACE Program and drive engagement to its intranet site.

Approach

By gaining a deep understanding of components within the RACE Program, created the interactive “human” poster to transform technical mining concepts into visually interesting isometric-style vectors.

To further increase employee engagement, collaborated with communication coordinators to produce digital graphics for Teams, email newsletters, and an intranet website with illustrations and colour choices without compromising the corporate brand.
